- Custom feature development
- Server administration beyond the documented commands
- Third-party account approval, payment gateway approval, or email reputation management
- Data entry, job source partnerships, or guaranteed job availability
- Fixes caused by manual code changes after purchase

## Before Requesting Support

- Exact steps to reproduce
